Update on New MTO Orders – June Pause

Hey All,

I wanted to share a quick update regarding our made-to-order (MTO) program. Starting June 1st, we’ll be pausing all new single-pair MTO orders for the duration of the month.

At the moment, we’re operating with limited production capacity, and we’ve found that continuing to take on new one-off builds has made it difficult for our team to stay on top of our existing order volume. In short — we need to reset.

Pausing new single-order MTOs will allow us to fully focus on completing current builds and realigning our lead times.

Please note:

• All MTOs already placed will continue as scheduled.

• We’ll reassess and provide an update at the end of June.

• If you’re interested in a future MTO, feel free to reach out and we’ll notify you once the program reopens.
