To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a full 10-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your order. If you decide to return a product, please make sure it is in its original, unworn condition and sent back to us in the original packaging. This allows us to accept the return and process it efficiently.

We offer three options for returns: exchanging the product, receiving a monetary refund within 30 days, or receiving store credit in the form of a virtual gift card. Please note that we will provide a USPS return label. All returned items are subject to a $20 restocking fee per boot/shoe, which helps cover the costs associated with return shipping and processing the returned item(s).

To ensure that your returned boots are eligible for a refund or exchange, please test them on a non-abrasive surface and avoid causing any damage to the soles. For our small business to continue serving you, we cannot accept boots that show signs of wear, including scuffs, vamp creases, marks, or alterations, for return under any circumstances. Please note returned footwear showing signs of wear will incur a damage fee. 

Please be aware that GMTO (Group Made-To-Order), select sale items, pre-order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated.

For international orders, complimentary return and exchange shipping is not provided, and all final sale items are not eligible for returns unless otherwise stated. When shipping the package back to us, please use a trackable shipping method to ensure its safe arrival.
